Shipping & Receiving Clerk - 2nd Shift | $24.88/hr
Location: Warrendale, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $24.88/hour
We are currently hiring an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a 2nd shift opportunity with a reputable and established company. This is not an entry-level role - we're looking for a professional with a strong background in warehouse operations, shipping systems, and inventory control. The position offers competitive pay and the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all shipping and receiving functions using internal systems and software.
• Accurately process packing slips, apply labels, and maintain proper documentation.
• Inspect incoming deliveries, report discrepancies or damage, and coordinate with purchasing.
• Direct truck drivers during material loading/unloading and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas for parts and materials.
• Prepare outbound shipments with all necessary documentation and labeling.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping & receiving or warehouse logistics role.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and inventory control software.
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, packing lists, and order verification.
• Experience coordinating with carriers and handling both inbound and outbound freight.
• Able to work independently on 2nd shift and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
