Neffsville Plumbing & Heating has been around for more than 75 years. We are continually voted a Lancaster County favorite year after year by our customers. We are looking to add to our growing family here at Neffsville.

We are looking for a Plumbing/ HVAC support person to assist in delivering parts, maintaining equipment, and helping technicians on the job.

This is an entry-level position; however, it is an opportunity to learn the trades. Those who excel will be trained to become technicians who deliver the most efficient, highest-quality customer experiences in residential plumbing/ HVAC repair and installation.

You will also have the opportunity to receive your plumbing apprentice license when you start, which will begin a four-year apprenticeship. Our Journeyman Plumbers can earn up to $70.00 an hour based on weekly performance.

There is overtime available, full benefits, and in addition, there is a profit sharing program.

This is a great chance to get out of that dead end job and forge a path to a career with six figure potential. No experience is required, however, we only accept the best.

Responsibilities

• Help with plumbing, HVAC, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls and excavations.
• Deliver parts to technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
• Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings..
• Help out on weekends occasionally.

• Clean, safe driving record.
