Industrial Painter Join Our Team!
Location: On-site | Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to help bring large-scale projects to life. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for painting industrial buildings, ensuring surfaces are expertly prepped, protected, and finished to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team leads to understand project requirements and offer expert guidance
Prep surfaces by washing, sanding, caulking, and filling holes or cracks
Apply primer, paint, stain, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Set up and dismantle scaffolding and ventilators as needed for job safety
Mask and protect non-painted surfaces (floors, trim, equipment, etc.)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Keep accurate inventory of materials and ensure equipment is cleaned after use
Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
Perform additional tasks and assist other team members as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
2+ years of experience in auto body painting or industrial painting
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
Physically able to crouch, bend, and work overhead for extended periods
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficient with painting tools, including caulking guns
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
