Taylor Corporation is looking for an Order Picker to join our team! Responsibilities include ensuring accuracy of picking customer orders, performing quality checks, verifying stock availability and stocking shelves, repackaging orders, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, cleaning and maintaining a safe working environment, and maintaining related records. Requirements include the ability to use a ring scanner, read and count accurately and do simple math, being detail oriented, able to work independently with minimum supervision, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining and enhancing department goals, effective communication and teamwork skills, self-motivation, and ability to multitask. Preferred qualifications include a high school graduate or GED and experience in pick/packing. The anticipated hourly rate is $16 an hour, with actual base offered depending on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
