Description:
As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our business during the night shift. You will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling the day's transactions, preparing reports, and performing various administrative tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be vital in ensuring our guests have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile daily transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and records
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately
- Complete all nightly paperwork and prepare for the next business day
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in accounting or hotel administration preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
