Were seeking a data-driven and strategic Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to optimize customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through highly personalized and segmented marketing campaigns. About the Role As our Email & SMS Marketing Specialist , you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies that are deeply data-driven and highly personalized . You will leverage advanced audience segmentation, behavioral insights, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion rates. You must be an expert in Klaviyo (email marketing) and Attentive (SMS marketing), with a strong analytical mindset that drives campaign effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute highly personalized email and SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Leverage data analytics to create detailed audience segments based on customer behaviors, purchase history, and engagement trends. Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and automation refinement. Build and refine automated flows , including welcome sequences, abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase nurture, and re-engagement campaigns. Use advanced personalization techniques (dynamic content, predictive analytics, and AI-driven recommendations) to increase relevancy and effectiveness. Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, open rates, AOV, LTV) and implement insights to drive ongoing campaign improvements. Ensure best practices in deliverability and compliance while maintaining brand integrity. Stay ahead of trends in lifecycle marketing, AI-driven personalization, and customer retention strategies . Requirements 3 years of experience in email & SMS marketing (preferably in eCommerce). Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive , with hands-on experience managing complex automation flows. Strong analytical skills with experience in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and A/B testing . Ability to use data and predictive modeling to enhance personalization and targeting strategies. Knowledge of email deliverability best practices , list hygiene, and compliance regulations. Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the following industries will be prioritized: E-commerce & DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) (especially beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands).
