Your Job We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Data Science Engineer to join our Optical Solution team. This role will focus on developing data-driven tools and applications that leverage AI technologies to enhance optical line system design and testing. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of data analysis and be eager to learn advanced AI techniques. Our Team Molex possesses a rich heritage in the optical industry. In Fremont, California, we serve global clients in telecom and datacom industries in providing innovative optical components & modules to support our customer's next generation networks. What You Will Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives, collect data. Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven tools and applications for optical line systems. Perform data analysis to extract insights and inform decision-making processes. Support the integration of AI-empowered solutions into existing design and test automation systems. Contribute to the testing and validation of AI-enabled applications. Continuously learn and apply advanced AI methodologies to enhance project outcomes. Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and team collaboration. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Fundamental understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques and tools. Familiarity with AI concepts and a strong desire to learn and implement advanced AI techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development. What Will Put You Ahead A degree from an accredited college with a major in Data Science. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.

OPTION 1 - GENERAL SALARY RANGE

For this role, we anticipate paying $XXXXX - $XXXXX per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. OPTION 2 - COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

This role is part of the collective bargaining agreement and the starting pay for this role is set at $XX.XX per hour.
