Job Title: Data Engineer (Entry Level) Location: Boston, MA Overview: Quintrix is on the lookout for developers who are open to upskill to the exciting world of Data Engineering . This opportunity is for our clients, a top tier insurance company. Once you are selected for the opportunity, you will undergo 2/3 weeks (15 hrs./week) of pre-employment online training that will be conducted after business hours. Candidates selected for the Data Engineer opportunity will be paid a stipend of $500 on completion of the training. Prerequisite: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Working knowledge of Python & Pyspark. Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Knowledge of Libraries like Pandas, NumPy, etc. is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 3.0 GPA or higher. Good written and oral communication skills. Candidates should be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates should not require any sponsorship for employment visa status, now, or in the future. Candidates should be willing to work out of Boston. Selection Process: Technical interview by Quintrix and online assessment Client Interview Training: 2/3 weeks of pre-employment training during onboarding. Stipend - $500.
