*Your Leadership Role:*You’ll oversee:
* Policy development for all radiation programs, QA, and accreditation
* Equipment calibration, acceptance testing, commissioning, and upgrades
* Dosimetry QA, chart reviews, and radiation safety compliance
* Training of staff on emerging technologies and protocols
* Collaboration with oncologists on patient-specific treatments including SRS, SBRT, VMAT, and brachytherapy
* Coordination of research, protocol enhancements, and departmental CQI efforts
*Technology & Tools:*
* Varian linear accelerators with OBI, CBCT, respiratory gating
* Eclipse treatment planning, ARIA EMR, and portal dosimetry
* Nucletron HDR, Variseed, Isoloader systems
* Full integration of 3D, IMRT, SRS/SBRT, and brachytherapy techniques
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Master’s Degree in Medical Physics or related field
* 15+ years of clinical experience in Radiation Oncology
* *Board Certification in Medical Physics (ABR required)*
* Proven leadership in a complex, multi-modality radiation program
* Deep knowledge of QA standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
